About This Course

This course walks school administrators through every step required to prepare for the Sycamore Year-End Closeout. By the end, you will have verified all critical data areas, completed required checklists, passed a knowledge quiz, and submitted a formal sign-off — certifying that your school is ready for the Support team to complete the closeout.

What You Will Do

Learn what Year-End Closeout is and why it matters for your school’s data integrity
Create your 2026-2027 school year calendar in Sycamore before the closeout
Work through verification checklists for Attendance, Grades, Report Cards, Graduates, Transcripts, and optional modules
Review common issues and how to resolve them before your closeout date
Pass a 10-question certification quiz (80% passing score required)
Submit the official sign-off form to notify the Sycamore Support team you are ready
