This course walks school administrators through every step required to prepare for the Sycamore Year-End Closeout. By the end, you will have verified all critical data areas, completed required checklists, passed a knowledge quiz, and submitted a formal sign-off — certifying that your school is ready for the Support team to complete the closeout.

  • Learn what Year-End Closeout is and why it matters for your school’s data integrity
  • Create your 2026-2027 school year calendar in Sycamore before the closeout
  • Work through verification checklists for Attendance, Grades, Report Cards, Graduates, Transcripts, and optional modules
  • Review common issues and how to resolve them before your closeout date
  • Pass a 10-question certification quiz (80% passing score required)
  • Submit the official sign-off form to notify the Sycamore Support team you are ready
