Public Payments are now available to provide a more convenient method for families to pay. Public Payments give families a fast, login-free way to pay charges through a secure public link. Schools can generate a unique URL for any designated charge, and families can complete payment in just a few steps by verifying their student, confirming billing details, and reviewing a defined payment summary before submitting.
What's New
The system requires families to enter a Student Code [the student's login] to access and submit payment for a charge.
The system validates the parent's entered name against the existing family profile before allowing payment.
If the entered name doesn't match an existing record, the system automatically creates a new family profile under the same family account.
Billing information populates only after the parent enters both their first and last name.
Families see a summery showing the account, charge, amount, and processing fees before submitting payment.
Families receive confirmation once their payment has been successfully submitted.
